    In your process of introspection, it's natural that you go through the body of your brain and it is also natural that you want to remove your brain or to pacify yourself from the pain of thinking.

    If we approach your brain from the perspective of the Earth Bodies, we should kick, to do something about it and make some type of effort. This, however, leads to more thoughts and more restlessness. The Spiritual teacher Canada suggest some approaches here is to get into the feminine, where you're observing and contemplating what you're thinking and that you don't need to intervene. You notice that what you're thinking is a normal the main process of evacuation. It's like when you're in purgation and you get a solid cramp and then, naturally, the bowels eliminate.

     

    Interventions and Effortlessness

     

    There's an organ within you built to evacuate thinking owned by the one that's not real. Here is the cleansing of silence, where you acknowledge that what you're thinking now is the very thought of the vitality field that you've created. If you feel a rise in thoughts, it's good news. You might have an opinion that the foodstuff is good or not good. You could have an opinion of the bed. Whatever. There's not one thought that's innocent. All thoughts participate in the person that you've had a love affair with.

    You might find that the thought has a quality. Usually, it's something which arises and doesn't finish. As an example, let's say that you're thinking about how the bed is uncomfortable, but you don't really finish that thought and don't do any action about it, you don't investigate. You just have an opinion. In another state, you may be thinking. 

     

    A typical misperception is that with enlightenment, you don't think. No, I still think, but it's not in the same matter. It's more of a spontaneous knowing and an acute engagement with what's around. Oahu is the awareness that anything that's thinking arises from linking with other persons, even dreams.
